Iron Warrior Academy is dedicated to empowering the next generation of skilled trades workers in the United States. Our mission is to provide young men ages 18-22 with hands-on training in welding, metal fabrication, foundry fundamentals, engineering, and essential life skills like discipline and teamwork. By focusing on these trades, we aim to inspire pride in American manufacturing and ensure that the tradition of “made in USA” continues for years to come.
Iron Warrior Academy was founded by Kory Anderson, a Guinness World Record Holder, builder of the 150 Case, award-winning entrepreneur, and owner of Dakota Foundry. Kory’s achievements and passion for skilled trades have shown what’s possible when young people are given the right opportunities and mentorship. His story motivates us to help more students discover their potential and pursue rewarding careers in the trades.
We see a growing gap in the skilled trades workforce, as fewer young people realize the rewarding opportunities available in these fields. Iron Warrior Academy was created to address this challenge by offering comprehensive education and real-world experience. Our students gain valuable skills that open doors to stable, well-paying careers, while also learning the importance of hard work and collaboration.
As a 100% donation-funded program, we rely on the generosity of supporters to provide scholarships, educational materials, and lodging for our students. With your help, we can host more cohorts and expand our impact, giving more young people the chance to build a future in the skilled trades. Every contribution helps us continue our mission and invest in the future of American industry.
