Hello!

I would like to introduce my son Kurt Storkis, who has been passionately riding BMX for the past 8 years the Ratoath BMX club. BMX is not just a sport for him — it’s his true passion. Kurt trains regularly and actively competes in races both in Ireland and abroad. Over the years, he has achieved great results and overcome many challenges, with his motivation growing stronger every season.

In 2023, Kurt participated in the BMX World Championships, where he proudly finished 14th in his age group — an impressive achievement at such a high level.

This year, Kurt will proudly represent Ireland in two major events:

The European Championships in Valmiera, Latvia (8–13 July), and

The World Championships in Copenhagen, Denmark (23 July – 3 August).

While we are covering most of the expenses ourselves, we are aiming to raise at least €1800 to help cover part of the travel, accommodation, and competition costs.
