My name is Brittany Suey and I have had the privilege of being Anastacia & Vashti’s dance teacher since 2019. It is with the heaviest of hearts that I share the tragic news of the passing of their mother, Iona Pollard, who was taken from us too soon in a heartbreaking incident.

Iona was one of those rare, once-in-a-lifetime kind of people. She was someone who could make you feel like the most important person in the room just by the way she spoke to you. She was someone who radiated warmth from within. And those mama-bear hugs she gave made you feel like everything was going to be alright.

Her beautiful daughters, Vashti, Anastacia, Psyshae, and Jewell, are now facing an incredibly difficult journey ahead without their beloved mother. We are reaching out to you for support to help cover the expenses for their mother's funeral, as well as their ongoing needs for education, and the long road to healing.
