Inky is our family's sweet, sickly girl who has been having quality-of-life issues for many years now due to various health problems. Her most recent--and detrimental--diagnosis is for megacolon; she's been unable to eat or poop properly or regularly for several months, and has lost a lot of weight in a short period of time. She's constantly lethargic, emaciated, and visibly uncomfortable. Surgery is our last resort after trying different medications, which have only resulted in short-term improvement to her condition. Our quoted estimate by the surgeon was 10k (seen below) but any and all donations will help towards the expense!

Inky, along with her two adopted sisters, have been with us for 6 loving years after we found them abandoned in a box outside our local grocery store, and my mom, sister and I have done everything to make sure they've been living happy and well, including maxing out some of our credit cards. Megacolon surgery is our biggest expense yet, and everything will go towards paying for the preliminary vet bills and surgical procedure so that Inky will be able to eat, poop, and play to her heart's content within next month!
