Support INKspired Kids Literacy and Writing Camps
Donation protected
My name is Gianna Grass, and I am a high school junior in San Juan Capistrano. I recently founded INKspired, a nonprofit initiative dedicated to promoting literacy by inspiring kids ages 7-12 through engaging writing programs. We aim to bridge gaps in literacy and opportunity by partnering with schools and other organizations to offer fun and engaging literacy/writing camps. Our mission is to create interactive learning experiences that help kids build confidence in their writing skills while fostering a lifelong love for both reading and writing. These programs are designed to be both educational and engaging, with activities like creative writing workshops, storytelling activities and reading circles—all tailored to different age groups and learning styles. Kids will leave our workshops with a completed story and they will leave our weeklong camps with the knowledge to be able to self publish their book!
Please consider donating to help fund our summer camps and workshops! Your donations will help cover the cost of INKspired writing workbooks, general writing/illustration supplies, camp t-shirts, and snacks for campers.
**This initial fundraiser will raise money to purchase workbooks for a summer workshop I will be hosting at St. Mary's School in Aliso Viejo. However, I would love the opportunity to bring INKspired Writing Camps to as many schools and kids clubs throughout Orange County as possible.
In addition to summer camps, INKspired's dual mission is to partner with real estate developers, libraries, book sellers and policymakers to transform under utilized common spaces in underserved neighborhoods into vibrant hubs for learning, where creativity thrives, and literacy is supported. Our long term goal is to create lasting change for children and their communities.
