It comes with a heavy heat to share that my sister, Ingrid Payne, was recently diagnosed with stage 3 colorectal cancer at just 43 years old. Ingrid is a devoted mother to two incredible boys, both on the autism spectrum, who require relentless advocacy, and emotional presence. She is my best friend. For years, she has given every ounce of herself to raising her children with patience, strength, and unconditional love.

Now, she needs our help.

Ingrid has the personality and smile that can light up a room. She is beautiful, smart, thoughtful, and a total corn-ball. She appreciates the simple things in life like a local coffee shop and a good book. She loves to workout, watch Hallmark movies, and go to bed by 8pm. She has overcome so many obstacles with her strength, dedication, and faith in God. I admire her more that she will ever know.

Ingrid and her husband, John Payne, moved to St. Louis last year. While they don’t have family nearby, their community has welcomed them with open arms — and we are so grateful for their support. Still, cancer treatment brings overwhelming physical, emotional, and financial strain, especially while caring for two children that require unwavering support.

How This Fund Will Help

Funds raised will be used to:

• Purchase items from a healing and detox-focused wish list

• Create a clean, supportive home environment

• Provide products and tools that support her body, immune system, and

overall well-being during treatment

• Support additional therapies to help kill cancer stem cells so this is a one-and-done.
