Our good friend Indigo is in need of our help to pay for a much needed surgery for a Lisfranc ligament tear and fracture in their left foot. They work on their feet as a server to pay their bills and can’t continue to work without medical care. Indigo has applied for Medicare but has been denied four times this year, so this surgery will be extremely expensive to pay for out of pocket. They also need support to cover housing while they are unable to work as much, as they’ll need 6-12 months of recovery after the surgery. Indigo is the one of the kindest and most generous people you will ever meet, giving to others and lending a hand without a second thought. They are more than deserving of your help.
