Help With Indigo’s Hospital Bills

***UPDATE*** Indigo’s fight has unfortunately come to an end, after 4 vets and multiple days in the hospital, her last stop to a critical care emergency vet resulted in a mothers worst nightmare. I was told my little babies lungs and kidneys were failing, she couldn’t breathe on her own and even a $20,000 dialysis procedure wouldn’t guarantee her survival. The vet said to me, “I don’t want to lie to you and have you spend more money to say we can help her, I think it’s time to make the decision to euthanize.”
I stayed by her side as she peacefully was laid to rest. My sweet little girl is no longer in any pain, even though I feel a huge hole in my heart. At this time your donations will now be going towards her medical bills that added up trying to fight for my bean to survive. As my heart breaks I remind every pet parent to be mindful of who you allow to watch your babies when you’re away and to please keep them cool during these hot months. She was such a good girl and we tried everything to save her and it wasn’t enough. My angel will be cremated so I can keep her with me forever. She’s no longer in pain and up running in the fields causing as much chaos as her heart desires. Please hold your babies close today as some of us can’t any longer. ***UPDATE***

Hi everyone, if you don’t already know me, my name is Sarah and I have a sweet little bean sprout named Indigo. Recently I had to unexpectedly leave town to go see my mother in the hospital. As any pet parent would, I trusted someone to watch my baby girl. She’s a 3-year-old Frenchie and my best friend. She’s silly and caring, loves to cuddle, and is the best companion a girl could ask for. From her zoomies to her hops, she always leaves you with a smile on your face. I couldn’t be more blessed than I am to have her by my side. The worst nightmare I could wake up to was being told she is currently in critical condition after getting heat stroke while on a walk while I was gone. I came home to her fighting for her life in the veterinary clinic. She’s been there for over 48 hours on IV’s receiving fluids and other medications trying to remain stable.

Her vet said she needs aggressive care if she stands a chance and the costs are well beyond my means. They estimate upwards to $10,000 by the end of this. I will do anything for my little bean, my heart is in shambles. I spent 4 hours laying on the vet's floor with her, praying she recovers. Her chances aren’t high but I can’t give up on her. Anything at all helps, please help me bring my baby girl home.
