India Cale, our 26 year old daughter, has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 Melanoma, with metastasis through much of her body, including her brain. This news has turned our world upside down, and she will soon begin months of treatments to fight this aggressive cancer. As we prepare for the journey ahead, we know that the road will be filled with challenges, uncertainty, and the need for ongoing support. The GoFundMe will help cover basic expenses, food, travel to appointments, in-town family support, medical costs, and supplement any loss of income as India focuses on her health.

Donations will help with small and large, current and future needs, such as an electric mixer so she can make healthy juices, a folding table for art projects and to host visitors, house cleaning service when needed, occasional groceries, gas for trips to appointments, and support for her family to temporarily re-locate during treatments. India is starting immunotherapy, but radiation and surgery may also be needed to address the tumor in her brain. Every bit of support helps us create a nurturing environment for her recovery.
