Supporting the GharamatGate Project – Enabling Independent Legal Review in International Financial Cases
For many years, significant public assets have been affected by international legal and financial cases whose outcomes can have long-term consequences for economic stability, infrastructure development, and the well-being of future generations.
In many of these processes, there has been little or no opportunity for independent legal review or meaningful representation focused on protecting the broader public interest.
Recognizing the importance of these cases — past, present, and those that may arise in the future — the GharamatGate project was created to help enable independent legal engagement and research in this area.
The goal of the project is to work with qualified legal professionals experienced in international litigation in order to:
Review and analyze publicly available legal documents
Obtain professional legal consultation
Prepare for potential legal participation in future cases
Document and study legal processes with significant public impact
Provide clear and accessible public information about these issues
Funds raised through this campaign will be used exclusively for:
Legal consultation and professional legal fees
Research and documentation
Expert analysis of legal materials
Public-interest reporting and educational content
Technical infrastructure necessary for the project
The purpose of this initiative is to help create the possibility for independent legal review and informed public awareness in cases that may affect public resources and long-term economic outcomes.
This is a civic and legal effort focused on transparency, accountability, and responsible public discussion of complex financial and legal matters.

برای ایجاد ظرفیت تحلیل و بررسی حقوقی مستقل در دعاوی مالی بینالمللی
در سالهای گذشته، در چارچوب برخی دعاوی و تصمیمات مالی در سطح بینالمللی، فرآیندهایی شکل گرفتهاند که میتوانند پیامدهای بلندمدتی بر منابع عمومی و مسیرهای توسعهای جوامع مختلف داشته باشند. با این حال، در بسیاری از این موارد، امکان دسترسی به تحلیلهای حقوقی مستقل و بررسی شفاف این روندها برای افکار عمومی محدود بوده است.
پروژه GharamatGate با هدف ایجاد یک بستر مستقل برای بررسی، تحلیل و مستندسازی فرآیندهای حقوقی مرتبط با دعاوی مالی بینالمللی شکل گرفته است. این پروژه تلاش میکند از طریق همکاری با متخصصان حقوق بینالملل و مشاوران حقوقی:

حمایتهای مالی این کمپین مستقیماً صرف هزینههای مربوط به مشاورههای تخصصی، بررسی اسناد، فعالیتهای تحقیقاتی و توسعه زیرساختهای لازم برای تحلیل مستقل این پروندهها خواهد شد.
هدف این اقدام، تقویت امکان بررسی مستقل در مواردی است که تصمیمات مالی در سطح بینالمللی میتوانند پیامدهایی فراتر از یک پرونده خاص داشته باشند.
این یک اقدام مدنی و حقوقی در راستای ارتقای شفافیت و دسترسی به تحلیلهای تخصصی در زمینه دعاوی مالی بینالمللی است.
