Rebuilding our lives after our loss of Dark City Customs

Dark City Customs in Swannanoa, NC was hit by Hurricane Helene and hit really hard. Sadly our dream was completely destroyed by flood. We, Jimmy and Jenica Grooms, are asking for help to get our feet back on the ground. We lost our business, job, income, and retirement all in one day.

We started this GoFund me to help us and our four kiddos while we figure out our next plans. There are no words to describe the emotions we feel or honestly the adrenaline we have been running off of for days now.

What we do know we are grateful for any help whether it be money or prayers. We are grateful for our community who have poured themselves into WNC and taking care of each other. With that being said anything we make over $15,000 will be donated back into the community to help us all grow and recover.
