Since my early high school years, I've been deeply involved in engineering and robotics, showcasing both creativity and technical skill at regional and state-level competitions. My journey even took me to Fort Worth for national tournaments, where I explored a wide range of STEM disciplines and ultimately discovered my passion for aerospace engineering. This passion still drives me today. But during my junior and senior years of high school, life got heavier — Advanced Placement courses, Dual Credit classes, college applications, scholarship searches, and working part-time to save for school. As all of that grew, I had to step back from my hands-on STEM projects, even though my love for space and engineering never faded. Now I'm at the edge of a new chapter: college. But the reality is setting in: tuition and living expenses are a challenge my family and I are doing our best to face.
