Support Immediate Surgery for Rescued Pup

We rescued this sweet girl Sunday morning. We found our last night she needs immediate surgery on her intestines rolling in on themselves causing her to not keep food down. The condition is called intussusception. She is only 2 years old and we want to give her the best life as she deserves.
