Support Imara’s Housing for Internship

Hi, my name is Imara Moore, and I’m a senior at Howard University, originally from Portland, Oregon.

This summer, I earned a highly competitive internship at Ralph Lauren in New York City—an opportunity that could open doors for a post-grad career in fashion marketing and creative strategy. I’m passionate about using storytelling and design to amplify underrepresented voices in the fashion world.

Although I receive a stipend in Mid-June, I have rent and a security deposit for my sublease due upon move in on May 25th. My internship starts June 2nd.

My stipend doesn’t fully cover the cost of housing, transportation, and living expenses in NYC.

I’m asking for help to complete my dream internship. This would help my career flourish in so many ways and I would be so appreciative if anyone could give. Any donation will help me tremendously <3
