With heavy hearts, we share the unexpected passing of our beloved Imani. Just a few days ago, she was found in her apartment — leaving our family and community shocked, heartbroken, and searching for answers.

Imani was only 28 years old. She was vibrant, loving, and full of light. Her presence brought joy to every space she entered, and her energy was unforgettable. She loved deeply, laughed loudly, and cared endlessly.

No parent should ever have to bury their child. In this time of unimaginable grief, we are rallying around Imani’s mother to help lift the financial burden of funeral and burial costs. Our goal is to give Imani the beautiful homegoing celebration she deserves — one that reflects the love she gave to so many.
