Hi everyone! My name is ilham, and I am so excited to share my journey to become a certified life coach with you all!

I am very passionate about working with Black and Brown communities, immigrants, and those who are at the intersection of both to explore and identify what brings meaning and fulfillment to their lives, in a safe, culturally aware and affirming space. As a Sudanese immigrant by way of the Bay Area, I grew up in a tradition of global consciousness, justice, and community organizing. This experience has uniquely shaped my purview and informed my desire to become a coach and to contribute to the communities that have nurtured and continue to enrich my life. At the center of my ethos is a commitment to creating pathways of equity and accessibility to coaching and support.

I’m currently enrolled in a rigorous coach training program with the Academy for Coaching Excellence, an internationally accredited institution. I am raising $10,000 for tuition, insurance, licensing, and other business setup costs that will help me get my coaching practice off the ground. Your support will give me the financial empowerment to focus on my learning and truly deepen my skills as a professional coach.
