I was recently diagnosed with ALS, and my life has changed in ways I never imagined. My body is fighting against itself, and the reality of this disease has made it impossible for me to continue working. As a result, my family and I are struggling to keep up with mounting medical bills and everyday expenses. We are doing everything we can to stay afloat, but the financial strain is overwhelming, especially as we wait for my social security benefits to begin.
