As many of you may have heard and for those who have not, on July 19th, our dad, Ian MacRae (age 53) suffered an ischemic stroke affecting the right side of his body. He spent three days in the hospital undergoing many tests including a CT scan, an MRI, an EKG and an x-ray to determine the cause of his stroke. He is home now with his wife, Michelle and in good spirits. However, he does have a long recovery process ahead of him including physical and occupational therapy to regain his independence.

Our dad has supported our family with his hard work all these years and now is in need of support himself. This GoFundMe account is set up to assist our dad with covering his medical bills, prescriptions, therapy and any other necessary financial obligations. Our family is doing the best we can with the given situation but we are hoping for some extra support. Any donations given will help alleviate his burdens so he can focus on his therapy and hopefully make a full recovery.
