Support Ian Rock’s Recovery and Business
$7,530 raised of
I am appealing to the local community as a proud parent of a Navy Sea Bee reservist Ian Rock for your help . Ian has served his country for 20 years. He has been on several deployments and is looking forward to retiring from the service this fall to continue serving his community through his auto business.
With only a few months before retiring, he has been seriously injured while on deployment .
His injuries will require surgery and a recovery period and therapy which could be several months.
His full-time job at home in Florida is an auto mechanic in his own shop. He will not be able to work for a period of time and perform duties required due to his injuries and will need assistance to provide for his family and keep his business going while he is recovering.
He has been a reliable, honest mechanic serving the local community for over 20 years . He has always gone above and beyond to provide his customers with excellent service. I am reaching out to the community to help him while he is recovering and hoping we can keep his business going. With your generosity and prayers, we can make this request a reality for him and his family. Any amount given will be greatly appreciated as well as sharing his post.
I realize some people may not be in a position to give but every prayer and share helps to reach our target. Thank you Everyone for all the love and support.
Making some progress in healing. Got the splint off. Now we wait for therapy.
Update:
Due to a flaw in the Military Reservist system, Ian was sent home 2 days after his surgery and not assigned a case manager until July 9th. While he awaits approval for his Line of Duty package his bills at Rock Automotive continue to grow.
Any support is greatly appreciated.
