Ian Peak passed suddenly on November 10th 2025 when he lost his battle to mental illness and addiction. Those who knew Ian know that he was hilarious and never met a stranger.

With his sudden passing, I'm facing some financial woes; particularly his final expenses and property taxes on the land and at the home he was overjoyed to own.
