My name is Huntley McCulskie. I’m from a small community in Westmoreland, Jamaica called Shrewsbury Petersfield. On Tuesday, October 28th, my family went missing but was found after Melissa's destruction on Monday, November 3rd. They are lucky to be alive, and I am grateful for the good Samaritans that came to their rescue.

Melissa has passed but have left a trail of destruction that has caused so much pain across Jamica to my family and many more like mine.

I created this GoFundMe because right now, we need help to rebuild. There is no food, no home, no- basic essentials, no water, and no clothes. I am asking for help with donations to help with basic needs but also to rebuild our home. Anything you can give, even a few dollars or a share, means so much and we will never be able to repay you or thank you enough.

We’re holding on to hope, but it’s hard. Still, I believe that kindness and compassion will prevail in this time that is so devastating to a lot of Jamaicans.
