Hello, my name is Michelle, and I am Hugo Cueva’s niece. I am doing this GofundMe on behalf of my uncle and his wife.

On the morning of August 8th, my uncle experienced significant chest pain and was transported by NFD to Holy Cross where he was transferred to Tucson, Az. He is awaiting OPEN HEART SURGERY at just 48 years old. My uncle and his wife are both self employed and have been unable to work these last couple of days. The recovery is going to be a long and lengthy one with a minimum period of 3 months with strict restrictions, not allowing him to work or drive. Needless to say, their income will be affected tremendously and cost of living is adding up. We need the help of our extended family and friends. If you find it in your heart to share this, or donate however much you or your family can, my uncle, his wife and their 4 children will greatly appreciate it.

We are also asking for prayers as this is a huge surgery and will be a difficult journey for my uncle and his family.

En la mañana del 8 de agosto, mi tío experimentó un dolor de pecho, acompañado con todos los síntomas de un infarto y fue transportado por NFD a Holy Cross, donde fue trasladado a Tucson, Az. Está esperando la CIRUGÍA DE CORAZÓN ABIERTO con solo 48 años. Mi tío y su esposa trabajan por cuenta propia y no han podido trabajar estos últimos días. La recuperación va a ser larga y con un período mínimo de 3 meses con restricciones estrictas, que no le permitirá trabajar o conducir. No hace falta decir que sus ingresos se verán enormemente afectados y el costo de vida se está acumulando. Necesitamos la ayuda de nuestra familia y amigos. Si encuentras en tu corazón compartir esto, o donar todo lo que tú o tu familia puedan, mi tío, su esposa y sus 4 hijos lo apreciarán mucho.
