Our dear friend, Howie was recently diagnosed with T-Cell Lymphoma Cancer (cancer of the nodes and bone marrow). He is currently at AdventHealth Orlando and receiving chemotherapy. He started his first chemo treatment this past Monday evening.

Once he is released from in-patient care, he will need to stay near the hospital to continue receiving treatment. He anticipates this temporary relocation to be approximately 6-12 months. While recently having his government benefits cut in HALF and medical bills piling up daily, he is too humble to ask for help.

I have not seen nor spoken to Howie in over 30 years. But what I remember about him and his family is that they are good people. Loving. Caring. Hardworking. People of God. People who would help others in a time of need.
