Hello everyone!

My name is Genesis Florez, a 18-year-old student-athlete from Colombia, and I recently received an incredible opportunity: a full athletic scholarship to The Academy of Central Florida in the United States, thanks to my dedication and passion for basketball. This scholarship will allow me to develop both my academic and athletic skills, bringing me closer to my dream of representing my country on an international level.

However, while the scholarship covers my tuition and training, I still need help to cover my housing and food expenses during my time in the U.S. I will be living in the school’s dorms with my basketball teammates, but being far from my family for the first time and covering these costs on my own presents a significant financial challenge.
