Hey Everyone,

Last week on Tuesday, May 27 I had major surgery-my revision from my sleeve to bypass. As most know, this comes with decreased income. I do qualify for short term disability, but it's weekly and doesn't even start till next week-6/11/25 and it was supposed to be a lump sum, but it will be weekly so the main expense we are worried about obviously is rent as with it being weekly it won't be enoughto cover. James also had a reduced work schedule last week to help with me being at the hospital/take care of Alyssa while I was admitted. We are doing everything we can think of to help with finances but are strugglin. We have Alssya on a reduced attendance schedule at daycare to help with costs as well. It is taking a lot for me to share this side of our story as it's pretty personal and also it's so hard to reach out for help. I know things are tight for so many people right now.
