Hi everyone, this is Hope and Hunter. This is Hope specifically, I had to go to the ER on 5/14 because of bad stomach/back pain. I ended up finding out that I had a perforation in my small intestine. Of course this came as a complete shock to me and I had no boxes checked for why this might happen.

Btw, a huge thank you to our son Brendan Lavigne who, even though he was scared, was there for his mom all day and all evening while I was waiting in the ER. I love you kiddo. ❤️

I was admitted to the hospital and here I sit 10 days later. Because of some past health issues it is risky to operate so here I sit with a tube up my nose and down into my stomach to see if this can be healed without surgery. This means a long time in the hospital. Please send me and my family good wishes to get through this. It has been a very long,emotional road with a serious lack of FOOD!!
