Hi, My name is Lucille Conti, and I’m raising money for our non profit, 501c3 tax deductible charity, Hope Village Community School Zambia. It is a small rural village in the Western province of Zambia. For two years, since we began, we have started a pre-school in the village, built of reeds and grasses and are supporting two teachers. No school was there previously. Please help us meet our current goal of $6000, so that we can drill a bore hole, providing clean, safe, drinking water nearby and also help us fabricate bricks to build a brick school. We also for the first time since we’ve been doing this in three , wewill be bringing chlorine powder for the residents because we need to add it to the water to make it drinkable, but this is only a temporary bandaid solution nor does it prevent waterborne diseases , and if you have ever had been hiking or had to add chlorine pills to water, you know what this tastes like.
