Hello, I am raising funds for my aunt Amparo who lives in Guatemala. She is a mother of 5 and works by creating crafts for holidays manually in an open market in Guatemala. She is a hard worker and provider for her family. She is so brave and has been sick for many years.
She has been sick for many years, constantly developing kidney stones in both of her kidney.
For over a year, her body has been producing too much calcium and is causing a wide range of health issues now including Primary Hyperparathyroidism.
She is always in so much pain, on antibiotics, not able to walk, sleep, eat or even go to the bathroom.
she has had many catheter’s put in to help her use the bathroom. But also, it has created more complications for her health. For this reason, she hasn’t been able to work.
Unfortunately, her attending doctor in Guatemala, did not diagnose her for a long time with her ailments. Not knowing who to trust with her well being has taken a toll on her health. She is on the verge of losing one of her kidneys.
Out of desperation she finally sought a second opinion doctor who diagnosed her with hyperparathyroidism and now there is Hope and Faith that this will get her back to health. Tia Amparo needs testing and surgery. We need your help.
We are humbly asking for any support during this incredibly difficult time. Any amount helps aid in her recovery and restores our families hope for her well being. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser also means more than you know. I am Ana Guerra, Amparo Carranza's niece; who is collecting this fundraiser for her treatments in Guatemala along side the encouragement from my mom Adonia and my daughter Gabie.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, prayers, and support.
Thank you all for your generosity.
