We are Victoria and Vanessa (fur baby parents).

We’re reaching out for help for a sweet girl, Hunni.

She’s our perfect little loaf, full of sass, love, and nonstop barking. Hunni is full of life and personality, the kind of dog who makes everyone smile just by being around her.

But overnight, everything changed. She suddenly wasn’t herself.

We noticed that she was whimpering and bleeding, but we didn’t think too much of it because she’s a female dog. But the bleeding intensified. After rushing her to an emergency vet and spending 24 hours, we learned she was diagnosed with Pyometra, an infection that can be fatal if not treated ASAP. We were told she needs emergency surgery. She needs the female dog version of a hysterectomy, and because of her age, she needs additional tests and special care to make sure she makes it safely. We’re doing everything we can for her, but the medical costs are more than we can manage on our own going forward. The surgery costs around $4,000 to $5,000, but we’re just asking for partial help if possible. Every donation will go directly towards her surgery, tests, and recovery. Even if you can’t donate, sharing this page or keeping her in your thoughts and prayers means the world to us. This little dog has given so much joy to everyone who meets her.
