In the year 2000, the establishment of the Alphonsa Pain and Palliative Care Center was initiated with the primary aim of extending the compassionate and loving care exemplified by Jesus to individuals enduring illness and suffering. Our dedicated sisters provide comprehensive support encompassing physical, mental, spiritual, and social aspects to patients grappling with various terminal illnesses such as cancer and HIV. Through our mission, we are committed to preserving the dignity of those encountering adversity, which includes offering home care services to terminally ill patients. All our services are provided free of charge to those in need, and we take pride in acknowledging the positive impact this center has had on the lives of numerous individuals, facilitating a serene and dignified transition during their final moments. In addition to this, the sisters are conducting Eucharistic adoration in the Perpetual Adoration Chapel of the Palliative Care Center. This gives an opportunity to the Patients and their significant ones to attain mental Peace and harmony.
