As we experience a shocking surge in Jewish hate crimes and a disturbing lack of awareness among Millennials and Gen Z regarding the Holocaust, it is imperative that we confront the past to safeguard the future.

Through the stories of survivors, our documentary counters the Holocaust denial, distortion, and ignorance prevalent in the current climate. By reflecting on recent events in the lives of Los Angeles teenagers, and contextualizing them with the experiences of survivors, the rise of the Nazi party and the genocide of the Jewish people in the1930’s and 40’s, we encourage future generations to recognize and combat antisemitism in all its forms.

Our goal is to arm and empower the next generation with knowledge, understanding, empathy, and resilience, through the lens of experience and wisdom of these Holocaust survivors. This film will become a powerful tool against bigotry and hatred.
