My name is Connor Frasier, and I’ll be running the Boston Marathon to support Fenway Cares, a collaborative effort of six organizations addressing food insecurity in the Fenway neighborhood of Boston. Since 2020, Fenway Cares has helped fund and distribute more than 46,000 bags of fresh, free produce to neighbors in need.

Originally from Colorado, I currently serve as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and arrived in Boston in the spring of 2024. This will be my third official marathon (fifth if you count a couple of backyard and treadmill efforts), and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to toe the start line in Hopkinton.

Serving others has been a driving force throughout my adult life, and is what ultimately brought me to this incredible city. I’m grateful to Councilor Sharon Durkan and her team, of which my wife is a member, for connecting me with the Fenway Cares team. Having the chance to give back in a meaningful way, while running such a historic race, is both humbling and deeply fulfilling. Thank you for supporting this effort and helping make a real impact in The Fenway.
