Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out during one of the most difficult times in my life. I’ve recently been diagnosed with a rare and serious brain condition called moyamoya disease, which affects the blood vessels in the brain and can lead to strokes (I've already had 2) and other life-threatening complications. This diagnosis has turned my world upside down.

My doctors have made it clear that I need brain surgery to restore proper blood flow and reduce the risk of further damage. While this surgery offers hope, it also comes with overwhelming medical and travel expenses that I simply cannot manage on my own.

Because specialized care for moyamoya is limited, I need to travel out of the area to receive treatment from experienced surgeons. This means covering not only hospital and surgical costs, but also transportation, lodging, follow-up care, and time away from work during recovery.

I’m asking for help to cover:

* Brain surgery and hospital expenses

* Travel to and from the treatment center

* Temporary lodging during treatment and recovery

* Medications and follow-up care

* Lost income during recovery
