Support Holly Kuss in Her Fight Against Cancer

Hello Everyone,

On May 3rd, my mom, Holly Kuss, was diagnosed with Stage 3A Ovarian Cancer. On May 23rd she went into surgery and had a full hysterectomy and was in the hospital for 5 days. 5 weeks after surgery she started her chemo infusions, which sadly has been the biggest struggle for her in this battle against cancer. She now has had her 2nd chemo infusion and still has 4 more to go. Through this journey we, her family and friends, have been supporting her to the best of our ability. As her support squad there is only so much we can do for her. As much as I wish I could take her physical pain away, I just cannot, but I can help in other ways. One way I can help is by setting up this GFM account to help her with her medical bills, living expenses and travel expenses. As you may know surgery is quite expensive. Even though she has great medical insurance there is still a huge portion she needs to pay. She has started a payment plan to pay for surgery and hospital stay but it is becoming more difficult to make payments since she is unable to work and not receiving disability right now. She also has to travel 180 miles round trip for chemo infusions and doctor visits at the U of M, Fairview because it is not available where she lives. The only income she had coming in has unfortunately stopped due to a mishap, so now I am reaching out to all of you for your support. Please help me take away her financial burden so she does not need to stress over this and just concentrate on kicking this cancer in the ass (pardon my french)!! Every little bit helps!!
