Helping Holly & Charlie: Overcoming a Year of Hardship
Hello friends, family, and kind strangers,

We all know that while the holiday season is meant to be a time of joy, it can also be the most challenging time of year. For my cousin Holly, a devoted single mother to her daughter Charlie, 2025 has been a year of relentless hurdles that no one should have to face alone.
A String of Unfortunate Events Holly’s world was turned upside down by two car accidents in just one and half months—neither of which were her fault.
 • The First Accident: Occurred in October. The other driver was uninsured, leaving Holly with a $900 deductible and a mounting pile of bills.
 • The Second Accident: After weeks of waiting, Holly finally got her car back on December 10th—her birthday. Just two days later, on December 12th, she was involved in a second crash that totaled her vehicle.
The True Cost of Recovery

While Holly has managed to secure a replacement vehicle, the financial and physical toll has been overwhelming. To get back on the road, she had to drain her entire savings and borrow $2,500 just to make it happen. Because of these accidents, her insurance premiums have skyrocketed, and her monthly car payments are higher than ever.
Beyond the finances, Holly is dealing with:
• Physical Pain: Weekly chiropractor visits for back and body injuries.
• Lost Wages: Shorter work days due to medical appointments and frequent court dates where she is appearing as a witness/victim.
• Family Stress: On top of everything, Holly has been navigating the emotional weight of her father’s battle with cancer.

 How You Can Help
Holly is a fighter. She is doing everything she can to remain a pillar of strength for Charlie, but the "math" of life simply isn't adding up right now.
We are raising funds to help her:
1. Repay the $2,500 borrowed for her vehicle.
2. Cover the $900 insurance deductible from the first accident.
3. Bridge the gap for rent and utilities caused by missed work and medical recovery.
Any amount you can donate—whether it’s the cost of a cup of coffee or a larger gift—will go directly toward giving this single mom the "reset" she deserves after a devastating year. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this link. Your words of encouragement and your shares mean the world to Holly and Charlie.
Thank you for your kindness, your prayers, and for helping us turn 2026 into a year of healing.
