My brother, Hojamyrat Permanov, is a 25-year-old student in the Republic of Tatarstan. On September 15, he was involved in a serious car accident and is now in the intensive care unit at GAUZ “RCH of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan.” Hojamyrat suffered multiple injuries, including a closed craniocerebral trauma, fractures to his skull and vertebrae, and internal bleeding. He has already undergone surgery and remains under close medical supervision.

This accident has deeply affected our family and disrupted Hojamyrat’s studies. His teachers and classmates have shown great concern and support, but the costs of his hospital care, surgery, and ongoing rehabilitation are overwhelming. We are doing everything we can, but we need help to ensure he receives the best possible treatment and a chance at recovery.
