Hi! My name is Alexis, I am the owner of a 6 year-old mix breed dog, her name is Hobson. Unfortunately, poor Hobson has two torn cranial cruciate ligaments, these are the ligaments in her knees. This is a very common injury for dogs, and the surgery to repair them is very effective. However, the surgery is also very expensive. I've started this GoFundMe to ask for a little help, the amount I'm asking for is about half of the total expense. Her surgery is set for July 3rd, after that she will have an 8 week recovery process and nearly be good as new. Hobson is the light of my life. She is a sweet, funny girl who has a lot of years left in her and I'm happy to do whatever it takes to give them to her, including making a GoFundMe, which is for sure out of my comfort zone.
