My 16 year old brother has been given a once in a lifetime opportunity to travel overseas and play soccer with Manchester City and Liverpool. Soccer isn’t just a sport to him, it’s his entire world. He eats, sleeps, and breathes the game. His biggest dream is to go pro, and this opportunity brings him one step closer to making that dream come true.

His journey hasn’t been easy. He was bullied for years, but instead of letting it break him, he used that pain as motivation to grow stronger both on and off the field. When he transferred to a private school, he not only found a place where he could thrive but also found his faith. Through his relationship with God, he’s become more grounded, grateful, and determined than ever.

Outside of playing, he gives back to his community by volunteering and refereeing kids soccer games. He loves inspiring younger players to believe in themselves just like he’s learned to believe in himself.

This opportunity means everything to him. It’s not just a chance to play overseas, but also a step toward his dream of attending a Division 1 college and continuing his path to becoming a professional soccer player.
