Earlier this year in February, my 4 year old Siberian Husky Hiro, had his first seizure. Up until then he was perfectly healthy and showed no signs of having anything wrong with him. During the year he has had four seizures, spanning from 6 months apart to 3 months apart and now just a month and a half, as of 12/20/24 he had his fourth seizure and is now on Keppra for life. With the sudden onset of seizure, me being the overbearing dog owner, I want to do everything possible to rule out, brain tumors or anything else. A MRI would help determine if it's actually genetics to why he might be having seizures or if it's something worse. He is my first ever Siberian Husky that I raised from being a puppy. He's also my ESA animal. He means more to me than anything else. If I were to lose him without doing everything I could to make sure he had a fighting chance, I'd be lost. He is the most loving, quiet dog ever. He loves nothing more than to lounge around on his chair people watching or playing with his biological dog father Koda. A MRI is out of my budget currently but I would try anything to get this for him.
