Help Us Recover from the Hillsborough Apartment Fire
On June 9th, a devastating fire broke out at our apartment building in Hillsborough (https://patch.com/new-jersey/hillsborough/firefighters-battle-2nd-alarm-apartment-building-fire-hillsborough). As renters in Unit 1004, my roommate and I lost most of our belongings and our home was deemed uninhabitable. Clothes, electronics, and furniture were destroyed, and we are now facing the difficult process of picking up what little we have left and finding a new place to live.
We never imagined we would be in this situation, but we are reaching out to our community for help. Any funds or donations will go directly toward helping us recover—covering temporary housing, replacing essentials, and moving expenses.
How you can help:
Monetary donations of any amount are deeply appreciated
Gift cards, clothes, and household items are also welcome
If you’re unable to donate, your prayers and support mean so much to us
We are grateful for any support you can offer and completely understand if you are not in a position to donate. Thank you for keeping us in your thoughts and helping us through this difficult time
