My name is Harley Blackburn. I am trying to start my ministry outside the internet. The name of the ministry is Hillbilly Ministries. I have Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

With that being said, I'm going to need insurance and funds for startup (501(c)(3) application and so on). My main focus is going to be community outreach, public revivals, and public witnessing about the love of JESUS and what he did for us.

I got laid off in August 2025. I prayed for God to give me more time to do the things necessary for my ministry, and it was answered. I was told the application process to become a non-profit organization could take up to $1,000 or more, and I haven't heard back from the insurance company. In order to do an outdoor public event, I need $500,000 worth of liability insurance.

Both my vehicles broke down, and I bought another one, but the wheel bearing went out on it, so I haven't been able to get employment. Also, I have 2 kids under 18. Anything can help.
