I am a parent and a teacher living in Winter Springs, Florida.

Every child deserves a full stomach to fuel their learning. Sadly, many families are struggling (considering SNAP and Social Security benefits in limbo) with paying for lunch every day, and our local elementary school is burdened by unpaid lunch balances. I am raising $4,000 to pay off these debts at Highlands Elementary to ensure every child can eat without worry.

I spoke with the lunch manager of Highlands Elementary in Seminole County and she told me that as of October 2025, the overdue balance of the school was $4,015.03 exact. This GoFundMe will aim for $4,000 and I am hoping to meet my goal by December 2025.
