Biography

Vuong Nguyen is a passionate movement and wellness practitioner dedicated to bringing the Orange County community together through yoga and sound healing. Vuong holds a 200-hour yoga certification from the CorePower Yoga Teacher Training Program, where he also served as a coach for the teacher training program. He is Sound Bath Level 1 certified through sound master Kyle Lam. With a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from California State University, Sacramento, Vuong has danced professionally with the Lula Washington Dance Theatre in Los Angeles, touring internationally with the company. Drawing from his extensive background in dance, yoga, and sound healing, Vuong aims to create inclusive spaces that foster connection, mindfulness, and community well-being.
