My name is Mars and my beautiful pup’s name is Hera. If you know Hera, you know she is a wonderful, loving dog with a big personality. She loves absolutely everyone she meets and people fall in love with her everywhere she goes. She’s my soul dog, my best friend, and my baby. We’ve been on countless adventures over the past 10 years and I want to continue that for as long as possible.

Recently, Hera was diagnosed with a Mast Cell Tumor in her hind leg. I don’t know how bad it is yet because of how expensive getting a biopsy and removal is. Because of the nature of mast cell tumors, we don’t know if it can be removed entirely or if we need to amputate her leg, but I want to do what I can for her.

I don’t normally do this, but this, on top of the vet bills from October when she had an emergency endoscopy, has been a lot financially. So, I’m asking for funds to help me make sure she continues to live her adventurous life for as long as she can. That starts with getting the biopsy so we know what stage cancer she has and trying to remove as much of it as we can.

If you can help with vet costs, I’d be so very grateful. If nothing else, please share so I can get my baby the care she needs. The goal is set right now to cover the initial appointment ($1200) - X-rays, sample, bloodwork, etc - and the biopsy/surgical removal of the tumor ($2100).
