I’m reaching out on behalf of a dear friend who is facing a heartbreaking medical journey. She’s battling stage 3 kidney failure, stage 3 liver disease, and just recently doctors discovered a large mass on her left ovary that is believed to be ovarian cancer. She’s been referred to a specialist several hours away at Vanderbilt- the only doctor close enough equipped to handle complex cases like hers.
In addition to all of this, she also has five autoimmune disorders and a blood clotting disorder, which complicate treatment even more. She’s not allowed to work due to her health, and right now she has no income while she’s trying to get approved for disability — but as many know, that process takes time she simply doesn’t have.
What makes this even more heartbreaking is that she’s a mother of three boys who depend on her. She’s doing everything she can to stay strong for them — but the weight of medical bills, travel expenses, and basic needs is becoming too much to carry alone.
If you can help — through a donation, a share, or simply a prayer — it would mean the world. Every bit helps her continue this fight, not just for herself, but for her children.
