We’re Justin and Cindy Rae and we’ve created this to help support a dear friend of ours, Henry Matthews on his path to the 2024 Masters CrossFit Games, Men’s 35-39 Age Group Division.

Only the top 40 in the world and in this division can qualify to compete at the prestigious event!

Henry is as gentle and as kind as they come and he has worked extremely hard to qualify for this astounding accomplishment. He is not only an extraordinary athlete, but he is also a humble leader, a great mentor, and a true friend.

Henry began the 2024 competition season with the CrossFit Open, placing 7th Worldwide and 3rd in the North America East Region.

He impressively finished Quarterfinals 29th Worldwide, qualifying him to complete at SemiFinals with only the top 200 athletes in the world being eligible to move forward.

Henry went on to crushing SemiFinals, finishing 15th Worldwide and punching his ticket to the 2024 Masters’ CrossFit Games. He now has the opportunity to showcase his years of experience and hard work on Aug. 29-Sep. 1, 2024 in Birmingham, AL!

It takes extreme discipline, commitment, time, and sacrificing of so many other things for an athlete to get to this level.
