Chef Julian needs your help!

Hi, my name is Anita Hsu, and I own Sweet Auburn BBQ. I work with amazing people who pour their hearts and soul into making and serving delicious food for our guests to enjoy. Folks dine with us to celebrate momentous occasions like a birthday, wedding anniversary or even the memory of a loved one. Folks in the service industry are rarely on the receiving end, so I hope today my ask will not be too much for you to do. An extraordinary person needs our help because he is going through a difficult time. Chef Jules is our fantastic pastry chef who continues the tradition of baking his family recipes at Sweet Auburn BBQ. He works hard every day, so his cakes and pastries bring smiles to the faces of our guests. Chef Jules is a private person who rarely asks for help but needs our assistance. Due to unknown causes, he lost a large amount of weight over the last few weeks and recently experienced a heart attack at work. Chef Jules had to miss several days of work to undergo surgery to remove a blockage from his heart and have a stint put in place. He is currently recovering under the care of his family and wearing a defibrillator to monitor his heart, but he is still not cleared to return to work. Aside from this major surgery, he is also waiting for cancer test results. Today, I am asking for any donation you can give to help Chef Julian with his ongoing bills and living expenses. Our business has helped with some finances, but we can only do so much. He is not sure when he can return to work, and his family is limited in their finances to help too. Chef Jules would never ask for help himself, but his gentle spirit would never hesitate to help someone else in need.
