On August 28th, my brother Henry was kidnapped by ICE agents in Ventura County. With Henry detained, he is unable to take care of his 10-month-old baby, Amaya. His fiancée Rosy has been forced to juggle full-time work and parenting without her partner.
Henry first arrived in the United States in 2007 with his single mom and three younger siblings. As the oldest, he stepped in and helped provide for his family as soon as he was able to start working. Henry has touched the lives of so many with his kindness. He is well known for giving people everything he has, even if it means working himself to exhaustion to help. He is a friend, a father, a brother, a son, and so much more to so many people. Henry has been building a life in the United States for nearly two decades and deserves to be reunited with his loved ones.
Our family is fighting for his freedom and legal status. The funds from this campaign will go directly to his legal expenses and the living expenses of his baby. Our family will likely be left with tens of thousands of dollars of debt because of this situation. Any contribution is greatly appreciated. If you are unable to contribute financially, we would be grateful for any help sharing the campaign.
