Hi, my name is Cortney, and I need help covering the emergency vet bill for a stray kitten I rescued today.

Henry’s Story
Three days ago, a tiny kitten showed up outside my home.
He wasn’t skittish — he bonded with me immediately. He followed me, trusted me, and let me pick him up. I named him Henry.
On the first night, it began pouring rain. Since I already have three cats and couldn’t immediately integrate him safely, I placed him in a large dog kennel inside my home to keep him warm, dry, and secure. My intention was to give him shelter until I could locate an owner or get him checked.
But no one came looking for him.
At his age, he shouldn’t be wandering outside alone — especially in the condition I found him today.

The Emergency
Today, August 3rd, when I returned home, Henry was waiting at my back doorstep — this time unable to put pressure on one of his front paws and limping badly.
That was my moment.
I picked him up, brought him inside, and immediately called my vet.
I am willing to pay the bill and take full responsibility for Henry’s future care — I’m keeping him.
But the emergency exam, x-rays, pain meds, and anything needed today is more than I can cover all at once.

What I’m Asking For
I am only asking for help with this immediate emergency vet visit.
Once he is medically cleared, I can handle everything moving forward — food, litter, vaccinations, neuter, integration with my other cats, etc.
I do not need long-term donations.
Just help Henry get the care he needs right now.
