Support Henry Lopez Galaviz's Memorial Service

Hello family and friends,

I am writing to you today to let you know about the recent passing of my father, Henry Lopez Galaviz. At age 74, he passed away peacefully at home in Fresno, CA, on Friday, December 20, 2024.

Henry was a wonderful father, grandfather, brother, and a compadre, who touched the lives of those around him. He leaves behind many that will surely miss him. If you ever met my dad, he was a provider and showed tough love.

Henry completed Automotive Mechanics at Fresno City College, in 1989 and devoted his life at a young age to the United States Army, as Heny Lopez Galaviz, Staff Sergeant, USAR. Having served faithfully and honorably, he received a Certificate of Retirement from the United States Army on March 11, 2010.

We are absolutely devastated by my dad’s passing and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give him the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.

During this challenging time, I am hoping to raise support to cover funeral expenses along with any other bills that may arise in addition to the memorial celebration for my dad. Although a Veteran, there were additional bills that were not covered by the VA. Thus, I am currently asking for donations to help cover these costs, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes.
